Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Customer Service Representative in the Blithequark Genius Program, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Staying up-to-date with the latest product releases and technical developments
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service role
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems

- Proficiency in multiple software applications and tools
