The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an enthusiastic and critical thinker who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing administrative and office support activities for assigned Outside Sales Representatives
  • Assisting in gathering necessary information from customers to obtain credit approval
  • Preparing quotes and presenting them to Sales Representatives and/or customers
  • Maintaining customer change orders and delivery information using industry-based software programs
  • Assisting customers who call in with questions about their orders
  • Collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and great follow-through ability
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with industry-based software programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
