Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk (Typist) at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: ### Data Entry

  • Generate and manage reports related to bookings and customer interactions.

### Travel Booking

  • Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations and travel services.
  • Manage and update booking information to match client preferences.
  • Resolve travel-related inquiries and issues promptly.

### Customer Service

  • Deliver top-notch service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client needs with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with changes, cancellations, and modifications to travel plans.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

### Scheduling Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.

Qualifications
