Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless communication with our customers
• Taking all overflow inbound service calls in a timely manner, providing a world-class experience to our customers
• Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
• Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience meets our high standards
• Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
• Staying informed about marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate information to our customers

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
• A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on building strong relationships
• Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required

• A competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses
• Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm
