Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and data entry services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Providing specialized support to PC framework clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues via phone, email, or remote access
  • Assisting clients with the use of computer equipment and software, including printing, installation, project management systems (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and operating systems
  • Maintaining password security, data integrity, and record framework security
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance

Key Obligations

As a Full Stack Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client care demands and determining the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintaining trust in TSG
  • Speaking with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software breakdown, client mistake, etc.)
  • Exploring distinguished issues by gathering clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and internal site (i.e., project notebook) to identify solutions and work towards resolution
  • Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software if the help issue cannot be somewhat settled
  • Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were settled totally
  • Completing service orders to avoid functional delays in resolving issues

Capabilities and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server)
  • Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers (desired)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
