Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring that every interaction with customers is exceptional and reflects positively on Blithequark.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures, providing them with a personalized experience.
  • Provide SMS support to potential leads, responding promptly to their inquiries and guiding them through the process.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather and record information accurately to support the customer service process, ensuring that all interactions are documented and easily accessible.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry, or Sales role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
