About the Role

This diverse and challenging position combines task change and client-driven change management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organization. As a Transformation Manager, you will serve as a representative for a significant long-term systems implementation drive, leveraging your expertise in change management to drive employee understanding, awareness, and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver client-driven OCM plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications and engagement planning, and metric-based business readiness activities.
  • Empower teams to effectively convey and embed change across the enterprise, understanding changes for affected stakeholders across processes, tools, and systems.
  • Apply project management skills to track OCM tasks, deliverables, key dates, and milestones.
  • Determine suitable communication and engagement channels for affected employee groups, coordinating relevant information, creating and delivering content, and collaborating across the enterprise to drive and track adoption.
  • Gather feedback from relevant project owners and stakeholders to develop and adjust plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Support OCM activities, including communications and training.
  • Actively promote the project and serve as a change champion.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • The ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders; experience working with senior management to deliver Organizational Change Management.
  • Knowledge of software implementations (SAP experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • A preference for framework implementation experience and/or agile software development and deployment.
  • The capacity to navigate periods of stress and balance competing demands throughout the project duration.
