Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls in a timely manner, providing solutions to customers' queries and concerns
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently
  • Previous call center and appointment setting experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
