Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Blithequark members via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve member complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members and provide personalized support
• Document and track member interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
