Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering and Processing Information: Collect invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, other departments, and clients. You'll need to be proactive in following up to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  • Data Review and Correction: Review the collected information to identify pertinent data, correct errors, and organize it in a manner that facilitates swift and accurate data capturing.
  • Spreadsheet Creation and Data Entry: Create accurate spreadsheets and enter/update information into our relevant databases. Ensuring data integrity is paramount.
  • Data Backup and Storage: Ensure that our data is backed up and that hard copies are stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
  • Error Reporting: Inform relevant parties about any errors encountered during data entry or processing.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to handle additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably in data entry or administration.
  • A good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with employees and clients.
  • The ability to concentrate for extended periods and perform tasks accurately and at a good speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Qualities and Skills
