Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

• Online data entry work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work
• Product and service reviews, providing valuable feedback to our clients
• Surveys and other online tasks, contributing to the success of our market research projects
• Email customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner using our online ticket response system
• Utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with our clients and provide excellent customer service

You will be working independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection. We require a PC/MAC that is no more than 3-4 years old, and you will be responsible for ensuring that your equipment meets our technical requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Intermediate computer literacy and working skill level, with the ability to learn new software and systems
• A diligent work ethic, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
