Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marble and Granite Installer who can cut, tool, and set marble slabs in floors and walls of buildings, as well as repair and polish previously set slabs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relevant areas, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marble and Granite installation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite or install pre-cast terrazzo, granite, or marble units
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar to slabs
• Polish and finish all installations to customer standards
• Fill joints with grout and remove excess grout from marble with a sponge
• Discuss any concerns with Foreman/Project Manager to ensure items get corrected
• Participate in daily huddles and practice safety as a priority on all job sites

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Marble and Granite experience
• Strong knowledge of marble and granite installation techniques and materials
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working with pre-cast terrazzo, granite, or marble units
• Familiarity with project design assistance and stone sales
• Certifications or training in marble and granite installation
