Job Overview: Healthcare Client Experience Representative

As a Healthcare Client Experience Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our healthcare clients receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with our client-facing teams, programming experts, and print center personnel to efficiently manage client testing, job setups, report monitoring, and inventory control. Your expertise and proactive approach will be essential in providing superior service and support to our clients, driving process improvements, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experience

  • Serve as a liaison between client-facing teams, programming specialists, and print center staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Convert data instructions and project specifications into actionable directives for technical and operational teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Manage client-specific inventory, initiate communication for replenishment, and partner with procurement for reorders, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to swiftly address and resolve issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Advocate for process improvements and profitability enhancements, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive positive change.
  • Utilize Salesforce for efficient case management, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of client issues.
