We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with families and staff to ensure each infant receives individualized attention, care, and guidance. If you love working with babies and are committed to fostering a warm, engaging environment, we’d love to hear from you! 12:30pm-5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants aged [specific age range: 12 months to 18 months].
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Maintain consistent routines for feeding, diapering, and nap times while being responsive to each child’s needs.
• Foster secure and positive relationships with infants, building trust and promoting attachment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, milestones, and daily activities.
• Observe and document developmental milestones and behaviors, sharing insights with families and colleagues.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including sanitation and proper handling of materials.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Proven experience in classroom management and childcare
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of curriculum development and early intervention strategies
• Experience with special education and behavior management
• Familiarity with preschool and toddler care practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
