Job Summary

As a Data Entry/Accounts Payable Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' accounts payable processes. This fast-paced and growing department is in search of a dedicated individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering a high volume of data into our user-friendly software system, delivering exceptional customer service through email and phone support, and fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, timely, and effective communication.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone support
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, timely, and effective communication
  • Promptly research, resolve, and follow up on any discrepancies or issues
  • Contribute to additional tasks as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability

Ideal Candidate

* Possesses exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail

  • Brings at least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing a customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Displays dependability, flexibility, and consistency in their work

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1 year of customer service experience; experience in data entry or accounts payable a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with accounts payable software and systems

  • Familiarity with biotech industry or related field
  • Certification in data entry or customer service a plus
