Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing specialized technical assistance and data entry services to our clients, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing expert guidance and support, and maintaining the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and verify data accurately, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity

  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues, introduce or update equipment and software, and ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or remote access to discuss technical issues, provide guidance, and resolve concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery
  • Conduct follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved and provide additional support as needed
  • Complete service orders to prevent functional delays and ensure timely resolution of issues

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in technical support, data entry, or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows (client/server), Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other internet browsers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Certification in technical support or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
