Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and verify data accurately, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues, introduce or update equipment and software, and ensure seamless operations
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or remote access to discuss technical issues, provide guidance, and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery
- Conduct follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved and provide additional support as needed
- Complete service orders to prevent functional delays and ensure timely resolution of issues
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in technical support, data entry, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows (client/server), Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other internet browsers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
