Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dutch Customer Service Representative to support customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand and upholding its values
  • Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology industry
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
