Responsibilities

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing information about products, promotions, and services offered by Walt Disney
  • Assisting customers with booking tickets, making reservations, and navigating the website
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
