Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team! As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you'll play a critical role in supporting the administration of our training programs, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of training programs, including participant data and course completion information
• Input scheduled classes into our Learning Management System (LMS) and track participant enrollment and completion
• Create and send update messages to participants and stakeholders as needed
• Assist with the administration of on-site and off-site learning events, including room arrangements and logistics
• Support the development and implementation of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Perform ad-hoc data entry tasks and generate reports as required
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure seamless program delivery and exceptional participant experiences

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Valid work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Familiarity with United Airlines' learning systems and Association Now application
• Prior experience in the airline or aviation industry
