About the Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll play a critical role in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing high-performing teams through effective teaching, training, and feedback
• Modeling exceptional customer service standards and driving initiatives to improve the customer experience
• Driving financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing expenses, and implementing business solutions
• Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Coordinating and completing job-related activities, including building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of ethics and integrity

Requirements: Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of college; OR
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
• 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
