Job Summary

We are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our passengers receive top-notch assistance and support, making their journey with us extraordinary. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with bookings. You will also be responsible for handling a diverse range of customer concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and general travel information.

Required Skills

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
