Job Summary

As a Seasonal Phone Representative, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Sales and Service Team, responsible for handling inbound calls, data entry, and customer communication. You will work closely with our Business Gifting department to reach their yearly productivity and sales goals. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Business Gifting department in reaching their yearly productivity and sales goals

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
  • Data entry of orders received by phone and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle customer emails and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Format, complete, and upload large-order Excel files into our system
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Communicate effectively with customers to discuss order details and resolve any issues
  • Perform escalations and use a proactive approach to resolve customer complaints
  • Other related tasks as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's Degree (obtained or in process) or relevant work experience

  • 1+ years of data entry or related work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a professional setting
