Job Summary

We're currently seeking a highly experienced RN First Assist to join our team on a remote basis. As a RN First Assist, you'll play a critical role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a first assist in surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless and efficient patient care
• Utilize your expertise and knowledge to anticipate and respond to patient needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a RN First Assist
• Current BLS certification
• National and state certification as required
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or travel nursing capacity
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and surgical teams
