As a Remote Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in processing medical documents, extracting data, and entering it into electronic databases, contributing to the success of their clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process various medical documents, including Independent Medical Reviews, and extract relevant data for entry into electronic databases.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any questions or concerns.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to determine next steps, obtain missing information, and resolve issues via phone or other communication channels.
  • Enter data into Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide customer service and client coordination over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a metrics/quota-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of remote work experience.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer or laptop (no Chromebooks).
  • Proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims.
  • Experience working in a metrics-based environment.
  • Strong customer service and client coordination skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
