Role Overview

The Selling Partner Support Associate - T4, Seller will be responsible for addressing complex queries from Selling Partners, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to a positive team environment. You will work closely with other stakeholders within Amazon, adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat, and/or email cases. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to Selling Partners, ensuring an exceptional experience for buyers on Amazon stores
  • Address complex queries from Selling Partners, leveraging strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Build trust and strengthen relationships with Selling Partners through empathy, active listening, and rapport building
  • Navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with Selling Partners effectively
  • Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication, listening closely and empathetically to Selling Partners
  • Consistently deliver on Selling Partner experience and efficiency (quality/productivity) goals
  • Maintain excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards, adhering to company policies, code of conduct, and a commitment to exceptional Selling Partner service
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation, independently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • College graduate with fluent English language skills (written and verbal communication)
  • Experience working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%
  • Ability to work in a dynamic contact center environment with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Live Channel B2B/Customer service environment
  • Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
