Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution/Data Architect in complex enterprise environments
- Extensive expertise in designing and implementing Databricks platforms
- Strong experience in cloud architecture, preferably Azure or AWS
- Proficient in Apache Spark and big data technologies
- Advanced understanding of data modeling, data integration patterns, and data governance
- Solid background in relational databases (MS SQL preferred) and SQL proficiency
- Practical knowledge of data orchestration and CI/CD practices (Terraform, GitLab)
- Ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in an international team setting
