About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members * Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Experience with Service Titan CRM or similar customer service software * Knowledge of the HVAC and plumbing industry * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience working in a call center or remote environment * Certification in customer service or a related field
