Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (preferably in Delhi-NCR or Bangalore)

Working Hours: UK Shift (3 PM - 12 AM or 4 PM - 1 AM, as per business requirements)

HelloKindred seeks a highly creative and experienced graphic designer to join our remote and globally connected team. You'll be at the forefront of designing captivating visual content for our diverse clientele, working collaboratively with various internal teams, and helping us ensure our brand continuously stands out in the market. Responsibilities of the Designer include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and design unique, visually engaging graphics and layouts for various company initiatives. This could include product illustrations, logos, website graphics, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to define user requirements, understand project objectives, and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Keep a pulse on industry trends, fashions, and design techniques to ensure current and relevant designs. Also, it provides thought leadership in promoting innovation in design practices within the company.
• Work efficiently in a remote setup, managing time effectively to deliver high-quality work within set deadlines while maintaining our brand's standards.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them and provide final graphics and layouts that are visually appealing and on-brand.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience; an agency background will be preferred.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant graphic design software.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts for maximum visual impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively, both orally and in written form.
• Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and capable of working within tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Liberal Arts is desired.
