Travel Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Travel Coordinator to manage travel logistics for our executives and staff in a corporate entertainment agency. This role will support and assistbooking flights, hotels, and ground transportation while ensuring a seamless travel experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, is highly organized, and understands the unique travel demands of the entertainment industry. The candidate will possess a keen eye for detail when booking agent and client accommodations for flights/hotels/and general transport. Individual must have prior travel booking experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives,

  • Assist reservations team with completing travel arrangements for entertainment clients' air, hotel, cars, trains, greeters, and ground transportation

  • Acting as the liaison with hotel and airline reps to maintain high-level of service across department

  • Manage complex itineraries, including last-minute changes and multi-city travel.

  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.

  • Work with HR/risk and legal teams for to ensure duty of care

  • Work with global partners to secure visas, work permits, and customs clearances.

  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for travel disruptions.

  • Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality; proactively correct errors

  • Managing/updating travel reports and policies

  • Answering the telephone and making outgoing calls in a timely, professional manner

  • Managing overall flow of paperwork

  • Coordinating film festival accommodations to reserve room blocks and obtain listings

  • Maintaining quality control for back up travel agency

  • Performs other office functions as needed and seeks ways to personally add to the overall efficiency of the operation

Core Competencies:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Related Work Experience: Ideal candidates will have one to two years of work experience in a travel agency, preferably a corporate and/or entertainment environment

  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through

  • Must be skilled in multi-tasking and have proven problem-solving abilities

  • Must be capable of calmly handling time sensitive issues with ease

  • Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment

  • All applicants must possess excellent verbal and written skills

  • Concur travel knowledge is mandatory and Sabre experience preferred.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$52,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
