We are looking for an experienced automation engineer who can elevate our quality assurance processes, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you will work closely with development teams to ensure the highest quality of our software products through rigorous automation practices.

This position is a full-time, remote opportunity, available to people residing in Colombia.

Requirements

Skills of interest include the following. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of these skills professionally, but not necessarily all.

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing
  • Proficient in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python with experience using common testing frameworks: Selenium, Protractor, Playwright, etc.
  • Experience with tools like RestAssured, JMeter, Postman, etc.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to design, prioritize and build automated test cases is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes, along with the ability to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and integration of automated tests in the pipeline
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an agile/scrum environment
  • B1+ English level, able to speak, comprehend, read and write at a solid professional level
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to quickly learn new technologies
