Program Manager (Future Opportunities)

In this role, you’ll oversee multiple interdependent projects and ensure they come together to achieve strategic business outcomes. You’ll bring leadership, alignment, and governance across teams — balancing scope, schedule, budgets, and risks — while keeping stakeholders connected and focused on shared goals.

• Define program goals, success criteria, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of multiple interdependent projects.

• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization across projects.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.

• Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent processes and standards.

• Support change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.

• Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Serve as escalation point for project-level issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin tracking.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities and organizational needs.
