Talent Acquisition Partner

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team in New York, where you'll drive strategic hiring initiatives that fuel Fireblocks' rapid growth. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across GTM, G&A, and IT to identify and attract top-tier talent in the competitive fintech and blockchain markets.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while building scalable processes that support our expanding global operations. Your expertise in sourcing passive candidates and creating exceptional hiring experiences will be critical as we continue establishing Fireblocks as the leading digital asset infrastructure platform.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our mission to enable every business to securely support digital assets, working alongside some of the brightest minds in blockchain and cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored hiring strategies
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM, G&A, and IT roles
  • Source top talent using innovative strategies to engage passive candidates
  • Provide data-driven insights on market trends and talent availability specific to the fintech and blockchain space
  • Collaborate with global recruiting team members to share best practices, market insights, and cross-functional candidate leads
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future growth
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Maintain detailed pipeline reporting and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements based on data analysis and market feedback
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Position Fireblocks as an employer of choice within the competitive talent market
  • Ensure consistent, professional communication throughout the candidate journey
  • Gather and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve our processes
  • Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks in your recruitment processes
  • Provide data-driven insights that directly influence hiring strategy and business decisions

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • 4+ years recruiting experience, preferably at scaling companies within the Crypto / SaaS / Fintech space
  • Proven success hiring across GTM, G&A, and IT Security functions
  • Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates and managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics platforms (we use Greenhouse and Looker)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital asset industry recruiting experience
  • Understanding of blockchain/crypto talent landscape
  • Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines
  • AI-powered recruiting tool proficiency

Fireblocks Value Aligned Skills

  • Refuse to Lose: Demonstrated track record of closing difficult searches and converting competitive offers
  • Obsess Over Candidate Experience: Ability to create white-glove experiences that position every candidate as a potential Fireblocks ambassador
  • Operate with Trust: Strong stakeholder management and transparent communication practices
  • Own Your Impact on Business Growth: Take full accountability for your recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes

For employees hired to work from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $115,000 - $150,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a competitive equity grant, and generous benefits.

While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of your decision to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
