Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinical Application Manager to lead our team of experts in the management of Ambulatory and Revenue Clinical Applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating technical requirements, providing additional levels of coordination and communication for the implementation of applications, and working closely with the Director of Clinical Product Management. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote EPIC Manager, Ambulatory and Revenue Clinical Applications, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of assigned resources specializing in assigned applications, including coordinating technical requirements and providing additional levels of coordination and communication for the implementation of applications
  • Working closely with the Director of Clinical Product Management to ensure seamless implementation and integration of clinical applications
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members, including assigning project and support activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize clinical workflows, and enhance revenue cycle management
  • Developing and maintaining system documents, including workflow documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Participating in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of clinical applications
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and other team members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, healthcare administration, clinical discipline, or related field
  • Prior experience in analysis, optimizing, and process improvement of clinical or healthcare-related systems
  • Proven experience leading a team, including assigning project and support activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Prior experience implementing, integrating, and optimizing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Prior experience with revenue cycle management, including workflow optimization and process improvement
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Prior experience creating system documents, including workflow documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Prior experience in system testing and quality assurance activities
  • Familiarity with EPIC systems and clinical applications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
