Job Description
As a REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding professionally to inbound service requests from patients and physicians
- Providing accurate information and timely follow-through on requests requiring extensive research and response
- Maintaining composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians
- Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with established standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Utilizing advanced phone systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements
* Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Experience: At least one year of prior customer service experience
- Skills:
+ Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and concise + Professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems + Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision + Typing speed and accuracy, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and modern office procedures + Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus
- Language: Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
