Job Summary

As a QA & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans to ensure the quality and compliance of our software solutions. You will collaborate with software developers and analysts to determine scope and requirements, and provide high-quality work output that meets the highest standards of testing and compliance. Your success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to screen for errors, refine usability, and ensure that our software solutions meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systematic test plans to ensure the quality and compliance of software solutions
• Collaborate with software developers and analysts to determine scope and requirements
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to identify defects and errors
• Refine usability and ensure that software solutions meet the required standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality and compliance standards are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably in the HR or Payroll domain

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of software Quality Assurance and Testing best practices
• Working knowledge of Test Automation using Python + Selenium Webdriver and Robot Framework or Tosca
• Basic knowledge of scripting using AutoIT, SOAPUI, or similar
• Good knowledge of Continuous Integration and Testing Tools
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS, including networking
• Familiarity with source control management tools, such as Git
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar (Jira, etc.)
