Job Summary

We're seeking a reliable and skilled Production Operator to join our team in Winona, MN. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer and related systems, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring excellent quality. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate computer and related systems required for production
  • Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes to take corrective action
  • Recognize quality issues and make adjustments to ensure excellent quality
  • Perform general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and process and product consistency
  • Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed result targets
  • Perform material handling, including properly packaging and labeling of products
  • Tie on or splice ends to repair breaks in creel and throughout the production line
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area while manufacturing materials
  • Work safely and communicate effectively with others
  • Work overtime, sit or stand for 10 to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and consistently climb stairs
  • Complete and pass Essential Function Testing
  • Attend work regularly, as attendance is important
  • Wear a respirator, as respirator fit is required

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Stable work history

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience

To succeed as a Production Operator at Syensqo, you'll need:

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

  • Competitive hourly rate: $25.18 per hour for 2nd shift and $27.18 per hour for 3rd shift
