About the Role: Principal Operations Strategy – TPRM Learning Strategy

We're seeking an experienced Principal Operations Strategy – TPRM Learning Strategy expert to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Operational Excellence team. As a strategic leader, you will provide tactical direction for operational activities, ensuring efficient and compliant servicing operations while delivering a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the GRC TPRM Product Owner and TPRM Program Owners to develop GRC system supporting documentation and training.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business partners and operations teams for servicing processes.
  • Collaborate with business partners on process enhancements, communicate operational implications, and suggest alternatives that achieve objectives with more favorable impact to operations.
  • Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.
  • Ensure sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented.
  • Develop remediation plans and ensure their timely completion.
  • Monitor servicing quality levels, communicate opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with operations to improve service levels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute activities that support business partner initiatives across the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services Operations, or related field.
  • In lieu of education, 8+ years of third-party risk management or learning strategy experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Arts, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with GRC systems and third-party risk management.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
