Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately using a POS systems.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces and preparation areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold retail math skills to manage transactions effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Barista experience or coffee knowledge is necessary.
- Understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
