Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources, including paper forms, scanned documents, and digital files, into our systems, ensuring completeness and adherence to established protocols.
  • Ensuring data adheres to established formatting and quality standards, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies and errors.
  • Maintaining detailed records of data entry activities, including tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Liaising with internal teams to clarify data requirements or resolve data-related issues, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement best practices, ensuring data quality and integrity across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed, typically 40-60 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors, with a keen eye for quality and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of data quality principles and methodologies, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work efficiently under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a data entry or administrative role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with data management software and systems, including data quality and validation tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
