Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services
• Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A quiet and distraction-free home work environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
• Proficiency in multitasking
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having experience with or knowledge of specific technologies such as iOS and/or MacOS can be beneficial. A work computer may be provided depending on the role, but it's not guaranteed and will be discussed in detail with a recruiter during the hiring process.
