The result? Teams save time, reduce risk, and gain total confidence in their data.The Role:Geonexus is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Service Delivery & Support organization. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team responsible for software implementations, customer and partner training, and technical support. You’ll also manage delivery projects from start to finish, coordinating with both internal resources and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you’ll shape how Geonexus software is deployed and supported, directly influencing customer success and driving company growth. What You'll Do:
  • Lead and grow a team of 3–5 (including a solution architect, implementation specialists, and a technical support lead), building a culture of accountability, product expertise, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee delivery projects to ensure scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Build repeatable delivery practices and track performance metrics to drive consistent results.
  • Create scopes of work and cost estimates in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Drive customer and partner training programs to increase adoption and reduce support needs.
  • Manage the technical support function (L1–L3), ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution of escalations.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
  • 8+ years in professional services, technical support, or enterprise software delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing budgets, billable hours, and invoicing for FFP and T&M projects.
  • Background with enterprise platforms like Esri ArcGIS, SAP, IBM Maximo, Oracle WAM/CC&B, or similar.
  • Industry knowledge in utilities or asset-intensive industries, with expertise in GIS and enterprise system integration.
  • Strong track record building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical problem solver focused on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $165,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
  • Eligibility for annual bonus tied to team success and company growth
