About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Specialist to join our ProServices team in Memphis, TN. As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Lowe's for our Pro customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
As a Pro Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service to Pro customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Answering Pro customer questions and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Executing Pro orders and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Demonstrating Lowe's product and service offerings to Pro customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products
- Meeting store sales goals, driving sales growth and revenue

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- The ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items of up to 25lbs unassisted
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- The ability to use common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
- Experience working in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
