About the Role

As a Lead UX Product Designer – Digital Experience Innovation & Strategy at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in shaping the digital experience strategy for our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your mission will be to create seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences that drive business results and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual, interaction, and motion designs and prototypes for digital and omni-channel experiences and platforms
• Collaborate within UX sprints for discovery, co-creation, future-visioning, and functional proof of concept delivery for emerging experiences
• Investigate new opportunities using tools that prototype visual design, interactions, motion, and other modes of interaction
• Align internal stakeholders, accelerate experimentation, and enable rapid innovation while scaling UX learnings and best-practices across teams
• Create deliverables representative of both exploratory and go-to-market design phases
• Guide the design process and mentor junior designers
• Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and service design
• Advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
• Build a network of relationships to enable your vision in service of our user experience and Workwarp as a whole

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a senior or lead product designer or design technologist with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product and service design work
• Expert skills in UX, product design, and prototyping, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process
• Advanced experience working in new product development within large enterprises
• Advanced proficiency in product design and development tools
• Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set direction and communicate approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design tools like Figma, Principle, Framer, and HTML, JS, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and human-centered design principles
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
