The Role: Full Time Remote Student Success Coach

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Success Coach to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Student Success Coach, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed in their programs and secure high-quality jobs in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to students, resolving inquiries and issues via Front/HubSpot, phone, email, SMS, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and clarify program-related questions, ensuring a seamless student experience.
  • Create and update help documentation to support students in navigating frequently asked questions and program requirements.
  • Work one-on-one with students to ensure they remain on track academically and meet all graduation requirements.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to address issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult learners in a career services or student coaching role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Front, Freshdesk, or HubSpot to manage student inquiries and issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a student coaching or career services role within a higher education institution, such as a university, community college, or vocational training school.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and a strong understanding of customer support principles.
