Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team and work remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry, based in New York City, NY. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle Incoming Issues: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. * Act as a Liaison: Communicate effectively between the warehouse, office, and customer teams to research, resolve, and track customer issues. * Follow Up on Outstanding Tasks: Ensure completion of tasks and provide updates to customers as needed. * Anticipate and Mitigate Issues: Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to mitigate their impact on the customer experience. * Assist Hospitals: Provide support with product conversions and special reporting needs for hospitals. * Respond to Customer Questions: Answer customer telephone questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. * Previous Customer Service Experience: Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints and issues. * Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. * High School Diploma or GED: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
