Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content Assessment: Download, install, and test games on various devices, including Fire TV, Windows, and Macintosh, to ensure that digital content adheres to Amazon's content policies and quality standards.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with program management teams to resolve content issues as needed, providing detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking.
• Process Improvement: Identify and support process improvement ideas and system enhancements that can increase efficiency or quality in our content operations.
• Meeting Objectives: Play a vital role in helping us meet our daily list objectives while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital content meets Amazon's quality standards, and provide feedback to improve the overall gaming experience.

Essential Qualifications

• Content Assessment Experience: Experience in content assessment, games testing, or a similar field in the technology or digital media industry.
• Gaming Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming industry and a passion for gaming.
• Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable working with a wide range of technical efficiency and workflow management tools, including SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and a strong bias for action, with the ability to hit aggressive productivity goals with minimal supervision.
• Team Player: Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet team objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
