Job Description

As a Phone Sales Representative, you will contact potential customers, explain product offerings, overcome objections, and convert leads into loyal clients. You will be a key player in the sales funnel, working with warm leads as well as initiating outbound calls. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, goal-oriented, and capable of handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospects and existing customers.

• Explain products and services clearly to build trust and value.

• Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

• Handle objections professionally and guide customers through the sales process.

• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to improve performance.

• Participate in sales training and coaching sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and pricing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1+ years of phone sales or telemarketing experience.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

• High energy, persistence, and customer-first mindset.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
