Volt Information Sciences is seeking a Data Entry Processor to join our team in California. This position will involve managing and processing large volumes of data with high attention to detail and efficiency. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry of data into company systems, assisting in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from various sources into company systems.

• Ensure the correctness and completeness of data entered, ensuring no errors or discrepancies.

• Review and verify data entries to ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Maintain organized records of entered data, following company policies and guidelines.

• Communicate with internal teams to address data-related concerns or errors.

• Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis tasks.

• Adhere to all company confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive data.

• Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in data entry or administrative work is a plus.

• 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be based in California or willing to work from there remotely.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
