Job Responsibilities
As a Fountain Reactive Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure effective response to mechanical or technical problem assessments to determine what components should be replaced
- Targeting equipment issues and repair services in customer outlets
- Providing technical advice for customers, business partners, and company associates to teach, provide expertise, or validate equipment or processes from a technician's perspective
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Education and Experience
* Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
- Experience working with beverage equipment and systems
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
