Job Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Restoration Technician, you'll play a vital role in our team's success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Following direction from Lead Technicians regarding assigned work and asking questions when necessary
- Performing assigned tasks to help expedite the completion of jobs as directed by the Superintendent, Lead Technician, or Operations Manager
- Tasks may include but are not limited to:
+ Pickup and ordering of materials + Moving client contents + Lifting and packing away contents in boxes and furniture + Hauling materials, trash, and stocking jobs at the direction of the Lead Technician
- Assisting Lead Technicians in maintaining company vehicles to company standards and restocking vehicle supplies as needed
- Completing necessary time reporting paperwork (crew sheets and notes) and submitting timecards in a timely manner
- Attending safety briefings and training as required to develop knowledge and understanding of safety protocols
- Adhering to company safe work practice guidelines and regular use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- May be required to wear respiratory protection in the performance of certain activities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous industry remediation/restoration experience
- Knowledge of the kind of solutions, safety compliance, and hazards for each situation/circumstance
- Leadership skills and promotable characteristics
